Takahiro Kadokura

CHEF

 

1985年生まれ。小学生時代から好きだった料理を極めるべくシステムエンジニアの仕事から2008年より千葉のワインバーにて念願のシェフとしてのキャリアをスタート。

 

2015年までの7年間を素材を活かしたイタリアンやフレンチ料理に注ぎ、様々なメニューへのアイディアを育む。iki ESPRESSO TOKYOではフードメニューを担当。

I have been interested in culinary arts as long as I can remember.

Finally, I gathered the courage to leave my job as a system engineer,

and started a new life as a chef at a wine bar in Chiba in 2008.

 

Since 2015, I’ve studied food and have focused on Italian and French cuisine,

While experimenting with my recipes.

Now, I am enjoying each moment preparing food for our wonderful iki customers.
